Samvardhana Motherson to buy Rollon Hydraulics for Rs.76.5 Cr
Publicly-listed Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (SAMIL) is to acquire 100% stake in Bengaluru-based Rollon Hydraulics Pvt Ltd at an enterprise value of INR 76.5 crore. Rollon manufactures and supplies high precision turned parts, spools, and other machined components with critical engineering applications for the Agriculture and Off-Highway segments, from its two facilities based out of Bengaluru. The company reported revenues of about INR 60.3 crore for FY23, down from INR 64 crore in FY22.
