SJVN sells 50% stake in Bhutan's Kholongchhu Hydro to JV partner for Rs.355-Cr

Publicly listed, PSU firm SJVN (formerly Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam) has sold its entire 50% stake in the Bhutanese joint venture company called Kholongchhu Hydro Energy Ltd (KHEL) for INR 354.71 crore to its JV partner Druk Green Power Corporation, Bhutan.
