Soft drink player Rasna acquires ready-to-drink brand Jumpin from Hershey’s at Rs.350-Cr valuation
Soft drink player Rasna Pvt Ltd has acquired ready-to-drink brand Jumpin from Hershey's India along with its IP and has tied up for manufacturing the product at its existing plant. The company is valued at INR 350 crore.Rasna plans to relaunch the brand in June under the name Jumpin Rich and introduce new product variants.Jumpin was formerly owned by Godrej and later sold to Hershey’s India, which was discontinued at the time of Covid-19 pandemic.
