Stationery brand DOMS acquires 51% stake in Super Treads for Rs.6-Cr

Valsad, Gujarat-headquartered, publicly listed Doms Industries Ltd, a stationery and art material brand, has acquired a 51% equity stake (constituting 5,10,000 equity shares) in Siliguri-based stationery manufacturer Super Treads Pvt Ltd (STPL) for INR 6.12 crore.STPL manufactures and markets notebooks, drawing books, etc. For FY24, the company had recorded revenues from operations of INR 7.89 crore.
