Sudarshan Pharma to acquire Ratna Lifesciences for Rs.5.5 Cr

Mumbai-headquartered Sudarshan Pharma Industries Ltd is to acquire a 100% stake in Pune-headquartered Ratna Lifesciences Pvt Ltd for INR 5.5 crore in cash. Ratna Lifesciences specialises in oncology products, with a standing order book of nearly two metric tons, translating to INR 15 crore and high EBITDA margins. An expansion plan could drive the revenue potential to INR 55–60 crore annually.
