Sun Pharma to acquire nutraceuticals player Innovcare Lifesciences for Rs.271-Cr

Publicly listed Sun Pharmaceutical Industries is to acquire 100% of Mumbai-based Innovcare Lifesciences in a transaction valued at about INR 271 crore (USD 28.73 million) in an all-cash transaction.Innovcare Lifesciences markets and distributes branded nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals, and functional foods to treat lifestyle-related disorders. Innovcare reported revenue from operations of INR 94.06 crore in FY26, up from INR 86.09 crore in FY25 and INR 80.93 crore in FY24.

Between Sep 2014 and Aug 2019, Innovcare Lifesciences had attracted about $ 14 M from Kae Capital, JM Financial, Peak XV Partners and others.For FY25, Innovcare Lifesciences had reported about INR 86 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 2 Cr in Net Loss.
