Taj Hotels acquires Clark Hotels & Resorts for Rs.204-Cr

Tata Group’s hospitality firm Indian Hotels Company Ltd has acquired Gurugram-headquartered mid-scale hotel brand Clarks Hotels and Resorts in an INR 204 crore deal.As a part of the transaction, IHCL will acquire a 51% stake in both ANK Hotels Pvt Ltd and Pride Hospitality Pvt Ltd. Together the two companies have a portfolio of 135 hotels under the Clarks brand.
