Tata Communications to buy residual 41.9% in eSim co. Oasis for Rs.99-Cr
Publicly listed Tata Communications is to buy the residual 41.9% stake of Oasis Smart Sim Europe SAS for INR 99.3 crore (USD 12 million), taking its ownership to 100%. France-headquartered Oasis has delivered over 350 million operating systems worldwide, worked with more than 100 mobile network operators (MNOs) and has been empowering OEMs and IoT service providers to deliver eSIMs potential to global enterprises. For FY23, Oasis had reported a Revenue of INR 109.8 crore.
