Tech Mahindra acquires Brazilian IT services firm Alyis

Tech Mahindra, through a wholly owned subsidiary, has acquired the Brazilian IT services firm Alyis Servicos Tecnicos LTDA for INR 2.21 crore.Alyis was incorporated in May 2026 in Petropolis, Rio de Janeiro, and currently employs about 270 people, with operations across Brazil supporting the LATAM region. The company provides IT services for the telecommunications sector, including software development, consulting, digital transformation, and enterprise network services. Post transaction, Alyis will operate as a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of Tech Mahindra.Tech Mahindra plans to use this acquisition to fulfil the requirements of a partnership with Orange Business, which involves outsourcing international operations such as global customer support, quote-to-bill processes, and post-sale support.
