Tech Mahindra sells its 30% stake in US co Avion Networks for $50-K to founder
Publicly listed Tech Mahindra Ltd has divested its 30% stake in Atlanta, US-based Avion Networks Inc for USD 50,000. Kanchana Raman, promoter of Avion Networks, bought the stake from Tech Mahindra. Avion Networks specialises in converging communications, broadband network services, solutions and innovations.
