Tech Mahindra to acquire German IT Services firm Beris Consulting for $8.1 M

Publicly listed Tech Mahindra Limited is to acquire 100% stake in Wolfsburg, Germany-based Beris consulting GmbH (“Beris”) for EUR 7 million (about USD 8.1 million or INR 60 Cr) including earn outs. Beris is an IT consultancy service provider with a strong domain expertise in the automotive industry in Germany with experience in niche techno-domain areas of CX, Aftermarket, Mobility and sharing. It had reported a turnover of EUR 10.1 million in CY20.
