Tech Mahindra’s Italian arm to acquire stationery player Signature Srl

Italian design house Pininfarina SpA firm , an Mahindra Group controlled company, has increased its shareholding in Italy-based stationery player Signature Srl to 84% (from 24%) for EUR 134,375. As a result of the transaction, Signature has become a subsidiary of Pininfarina and a step-down subsidiary of Tech Mahindra.Incorporated in 2018 as a joint venture with Napkin Forever, the turnover of Signature as of December 31, 2024, was EUR 2.9 million.
