Thermax acquires residual 23% stake in Thermax Bioenergy for Rs.16.71 Cr

Pune-based, publicly listed industrial equipment manufacturer Thermax has acquired a 23.03% stake held by JV partner, Everenviro Resource Management Private Limited, in Thermax Bioenergy Solutions Pvt Ltd (TBSPL) for INR 16.71 crore (87,50,000 shares) Post-acquisition, TBSPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Thermax.Thermax Bioenergy focuses on providing integrated solutions for biofuel production, waste-to-energy, and waste heat recovery.
