Thriwe to buy consumer benefits marketplace Alliances Galore for Rs.75-Cr: report

Thriwe (formerly GolfLAN.com) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire fellow Delhi-based company Alliances Galore (AG) for INR 75 crore in shares. The company is awaiting necessary approvals from NCLT before completing the merger. This will be the fourth acquisition by Thriwe after acquiring StayPrime, GolfGreedy and Golf Centra. AG is an offline consumer benefits marketplace with expertise in the lifestyle, dining, health and wellness and retail sectors. It has presence in more than 20 countries with over 100,000 merchant partners. Founded in 2011 with a focus on aggregating golfing time, Thriwe is headquartered in India and has offices across UAE, Singapore, London and Florida. It provides an ecosystem that delivers premium customer acquisition, retention and allegiance to the financial institutions and card networks.
