Thyrocare acquires Polo Labs’ pathology diagnostic biz

Publicly listed, Navi Mumbai-headquartered diagnostic provider Thyrocare has acquired Punjab-based Polo Labs Private Limited ’s pathology diagnostic business for INR 4.26 Cr. Polo Labs is engaged in the business of providing diagnostics and pathological services and has 14 laboratories across Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. The acquisition will help expand Thyrocare into the northern part of India.
