Torrent Pharma acquires 4 brands from Dr.Reddy's

Ahmedabad-based Torrent Pharmaceuticals has entered into an agreement with fellow publicly listed Dr. Reddy's to acquire four of the latter's brands: Styptovit-E, Finast, Finance, and Dynapress. Torrent Pharma will take over the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of these brands in India. Styptovit-E is a gynaecology product with an estimated market size of INR 500 crore. The acquisition of Finast, Finast-T, and Dynapress are used in the treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH).
