TVS Electronics to acquire Mobile POS business from GTID Solutions for Rs.2.25 Cr

Publicly listed TVS Electronics has entered into a business transfer agreement with Delhi-based GTID Solutions Development for entry into the mobile POS software solutions and authentication solutions space. GTID's business offering hardware, digital payment solutions, cloud computing software solutions, etc. to segments such as retail, banks, and government, will be acquired by TVS Electronics for INR 2.25 crore.
