UK-based AnotherAcquisition acquires e-mail solutions provider Nyxion.ai

London-based AnotherAcquisition, a wholly-owned subsidiary of London-based venture capital firm Trapping Holdings, has acquired New Delhi-based AI-powered e-mail solutions provider Nyxion.ai. The two companies will collaborate to gain a leadership position in the smart e-mail solutions market. The deal was concluded in November 2022. Founded in 2016 by Siddhant Mohan, Nyxion.ai enables users to send marketing and transactional email messages. The firm claims that more than 11,320 marketers are using its platform, including DocuSign, Dropbox, Brex, Bamboo HR and Pipedrive.
