Uniphore Software to acquire Israeli customer experience co Jacada
Uniphore Software, a Chennai- and Silicon Valley-based company using artificial intelligence to improve an enterprises' customer service calls, is to acquire Herzliya (Israel)-based contact centre automation provider Jacada. The deal will make it easier for customers to integrate Uniphore's solutions using the latter's low code/no code platform. In January 2021, Uniphore had acquired Emotion Research Lab (based in Spain).
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Mar-21 Uniphore had raised $140-M from National Grid Partners, Iron Pillar, Sistema Asia Fund, March Capital, Chiratae Ventures, Cisco and others.
