Uno Minda to acquire the stakes of Japan's Kosei in 2 JVs

Publicly listed Uno Minda Limited has acquired a 81.69% stake in Kosei Minda Aluminum Company Private Limited (KMA) and 49.90% stake in Kosei Minda Mould Private Limited (KMM) from joint venture partner Kosei, Japan. The acquisition is planned through swap of shares. The enterprise value of KMA and KMM for the purpose of the transaction would be INR 60 Cr and INR 11 Cr respectively. Uno Minda will be entering into a technical license agreement with Kosei.
