Urban Harvest acquires gourmet brand Cocosutra for Rs.2.5-Cr
New Delhi-based Urban Harvest has acquired Bangalore-based food brand Cocosutra for INR 2.5 crore an all-cash transaction.Cocosutra is a gourmet food brand which offers nutritious, natural food products including granola, cookies, chocolates.The acquisition is aimed to expand Urban Harvest’s value-added product portfolio, strengthen its presence across the restaurant and HoReCa segment, and enable it to offer a wider range of premium products.
