US-based AI product design platform Noon acquires mobile test automation co. FinalRun

US-based AI product design platform Noon has acquired Bengaluru-based FinalRun. As part of the transaction, FinalRun co-founders Arnold Laishram and Ashish Yadav have joined Noon as technical staff.Founded in 2025, FinalRun is an AI platform for mobile test automation that gained prominence in April 2026 for its performance on Google DeepMind’s Android World benchmark. Noon plans to use the acquisition to extend its design canvas capabilities to mobile platforms, leveraging the engineering team’s experience in operating Android and iOS devices autonomously.Noon, a design-technology firm founded in 2024 by Aditya Bandi and Kushagra Sinha, recently received USD 44 million. The company’s investors include Chemistry, First Round Capital, Scribble Ventures, Elevation Capital, and Afore Capital. The acquisition of FinalRun marks Noon’s entry into the Indian market.
