US-based ISMG acquires majority stake in cybersecurity conference Nullcon for Rs.90-Cr
US-based Information Security Media Group (ISMG) has acquired a majority stake in Pune-based Payatu Technologies , the parent company of hacking and cybersecurity conference Nullcon, for INR 70-90 crore.Nullcon, founded in 2010, is a platform for cybersecurity professionals, researchers, and enthusiasts. The annual conference attracts over 3,000 attendees and features live bug bounties, hack demonstrations, and insights into advancements in information security.ISMG is a cybersecurity intelligence and education company that provides news, research, and education for highly regulated industries.
