US-based Senores Pharma acquires 14 ANDAs from Dr Reddy’s Labs
Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd (SPL), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Senores Pharmaceuticals, Inc., USA (SPI), is to acquire a basket of 14 Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDAs) from Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories (DRL). Senores has 2 manufacturing facilities for formulations - one in Atlanta, USA and the other is in Ahmedabad.The basket acquired comprises 13 ANDAs, which are approved by the USFDA and 1 ANDA, which is pending approval from the USFDA. The acquisition will be funded through the Initial Public Offer (IPO) proceeds raised by SPL.The addressable opportunity of the acquired ANDAs in the USA is approximately USD 421 million as of December 2024.
