US co Cilio acquires digital transformation enabler AutomationFactory.AI

Wisconsin,USA-based Cilio Technologies, a SaaS solutions provider for installers, contractors, retailers, and manufacturers, has acquired Noida-based AutomationFactory.AI. Post-acquisition, the new entity would be called Cilio Automation Factory (CAF). It would be Cilio's global engineering hub focused on innovation for the field service management space. AutomationFactory, founded in 2020 by Love Chopra and Amit Bana, helps data-driven enterprises digitally transform themselves by providing data engineering, advanced analytics, devops automation, intelligent process automation and artificial intelligence solutions. It provides consulting, information technology solutions and outsourcing services.
