Publicly-listed, Mumbai-headquartered supply chain finance (SCF) technology provider Veefin Group, through its subsidiary Estorifi Solutions, has acquired a 74% stake in Dubai-based digital trading enabler TradeAssets for USD 4.44 million.The acquisition is part of the company’s strategy to streamline and strengthen financial operations for institutions worldwide. The deal marks Veefin's fifth in the past eight months, increasing the total number of companies under the Veefin Group to ten.Founded in 2018 by Lakshmanan Sankaran and Sumit K Roy, Tradeassets is a blockchain-powered digital e-marketplace that helps financial institutions and investors to trade finance assets.
