Veranda Learning to acquire CA coaching institutes BB Virtuals, Navkar Digital Institute for Rs.172-
Chennai-based listed edtech company Veranda Learning is to acquire a 51% stake in Mumbai-based BB Publications Pvt Ltd for INR 126.2 crore and a 65% stake in Ahmedabad-based Navkar Digital Institute Pvt Ltd for INR 45.5 crore.Founded by Bhanwar Borana, BB Virtuals is an online platform for aspirants for chartered accountancy (CA)M exams. Founded by Hiteshkumar Shah, Navkar is an offline platform for CA aspirants in Gujarat.The acquired entities will be integrated with JK Shah Classes which Veranda Learning owns.
