Wabtec Corp acquires MASU Brakes' rail friction business for $34-M
Pittsburgh, PA (US)-based Wabtec Corporation has acquired New Delhi-based MASU Brakes's railway friction business for USD 34 million. MASU is a manufacturer of friction products across the automotive and rail industries. The acquisition is expected to expand Wabtec's installed base and accelerate growth across its brake product portfolio.
