Wealthtech platform Nivesh acquires rival Wealthzi for Rs.9-Cr
Mumbai-headquartered wealthtech platform Nivesh has acquired Delhi-based digital wealth management platform Wealthzi for about INR 9 crore. The acquisition would help Nivesh to provide complete investment and insurance related solutions to its customers.Founded in 2020 by PV Sahad and wealth management professional Pradeep Pillai, Wealthzi manages assets of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ultra HNIs, and family offices worth over INR 500 crore across mutual funds, gold, bonds, among others. It has also secured Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) licence from SEBI, which will enable the combined entity to offer comprehensive advisory services to clients.
