Wilmar acquires 20% more in AWL Agri Business from Adani Group; hikes stake to 64%

Wilmar International Ltd is to acquire a majority stake in AWL Agri Business Ltd (formerly known as Adani Wilmar Ltd).Adani Enterprises has sold 20% stake in AWL Agri Business at a price of INR 275 per share and will realise INR 15,729 crore from its complete disinvestment in the company.
