Wipro Consumer to acquire Good Home, Eva brands from TTK Healthcare for Rs.256-Cr

Bengaluru-based Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting is to acquire the Good Home and Eva brands from Chennai-based, publicly listed TTK Healthcare for INR 256-Cr. The two brands, which reported a combined revenue of INR 148-Cr in fiscal year 2026, include air fresheners, drain cleaners, deodorants, perfumes, and talcum powder.This deal marks the 17th acquisition for Wipro Consumer Care. The company expects the acquisition to strengthen its portfolio in home care and personal care categories, which are experiencing growth due to increasing consumer focus on premiumisation and hygiene.
