Wipro Pari to acquire majority stake in Italy's Ferretto Automation & Services
Wipro Pari, the industrial automation business of Wipro Enterprises, is to acquire a significant majority share capital of Ferretto Automation and Services, a subsidiary of Ferretto Group based in San Polo - Reggio Emilia, Italy. This acquisition will allow Wipro to expand its offerings beyond in-factory automation solutions and into industrial, CPG, retail, and e-commerce warehousing, storage, and automation solutions.
