Xcelerate acquires ESG communications consultancy Stirrup

Singapore-based Xcelerate has acquired a stake in Mumbai-based Stirrup Communication Consultants. Stirrup claims to be India’s largest stakeholder communications consultancy, specialising in ESG (environmental, social, and governance) communications and corporate reporting.Singhi Advisors were financial advisors and SNG & Partners were the legal advisors to the seller in the transaction. Kreston SGCO Advisors and KNAV India provided tax advisory, while Ladderup provided independent valuation.Xcelerate Global's advisors included EY for financial and tax advisory and Sivana Law for legal advisory.
