Yatharth Hospital to acquire Fidelis hospital for Rs.116-Cr
Noida-headquartered healthcare services provider Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services has acquired a 100% stake in the Faridabad-based, 175-bed Asian Fidelis Hospital for an enterprise value of INR 116 crore from Pristine Infracon and its shareholders.
