Yatra Online acquires Globe Travels for Rs.128-Cr in cash
Travel services aggregator Yatra Online Ltd is to acquire 100% of Kolkata-headquartered Globe All India Services Ltd (Globe Travels), a corporate travel services provider for INR 128 crore in cash.Yatra, through this acquisition, will gain Globe Travel’s portfolio of about 360 corporate customers and annual gross bookings of approximately USD 90 million.
