Debugging platform for device s'ware logcat ai raises $2.5 M
Seattle, WA (USA)-based enterprise AI firm logcat.ai has raised USD 2.5 million (INR 24 crore) in a pre-seed funding round led by Founders' Co-op. The transaction saw participation from Act One Ventures, TheFounderVC, Shorewind Capital, Clayoquot Capital, and Alumni Ventures.Founded in 2025 by former Esper engineers Varun Chitre and Tarun Vashisth, the company is developing an AI platform designed to automate Android and Linux device engineering. It plans to use the new funds to expand its engineering team, enhance its AI platform’s capabilities, and bolster its research and experimentation efforts.The firm’s flagship product, Delta, analyses system traces across Android and embedded Linux to identify the root causes of software issues and recommend code-level fixes. The platform supports the entire operating system engineering lifecycle, including bug diagnosis and system builds, and is targeting hardware manufacturers with its enterprise-focused offerings.
