IDBI Bank sells its 21% stake in Pondicherry Industrial Devt Corp to UT govt for Rs.19-Cr
IDBI Bank has sold its entire 21.14 % shareholding in Pondicherry Industrial Promotion Development and Investment Corporation Ltd (PIPDIC) for INR 18.83 crore to the Government of Puducherry. The bank sold 8,54,000 equity shares having face value of INR 100 per share.
