Lighting products maker GRE Renew Enertech raises pre IPO round

Mehsana, Gujarat-headquartered GRE Renew Enertech has raised funds a private placement round led by Ankit Mittal and Amit Kumar along with several SME funds such as Chanakya Opportunities Fund-1, Absolute Return Scheme, and Persistent Growth Fund. The firm aims to launch its initial public offering (IPO) to raise nearly INR 30 crore in August this year.GRE Renew Enertech manufactures, exports and supplies LED lighting, solar lighting, general lighting and power products.
