N Srinivasan-led promoter group ups stake to 47% in cricket team CSK
The promoter group of Chennai Super Kings Cricket Ltd (CSKCL) increased its shareholding in the entity to 47.22% in FY25, up from 41.63% in FY24. Within this, promoter entity EWS Finance and Investments boosted its stake to 47.08% from 36.22% in the previous year.CSKCL is the holding company of the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK). N Srinivasan, who leads the promoter group, along with his wife, Chitra Srinivasan, and daughter, Rupa Gurunath, collectively holds the remaining 0.15% stake.
