NARCL places winning bids for Rs.17,139-Cr NPAs of 6 cos at Rs.2,331-Cr

Government-backed National Asset Reconstruction Company of India Ltd (NARCL) has emerged as the winning bidder for six distressed accounts with outstanding debt of more than INR 17,000 crore that banks have put on the block in the last three months.The six accounts are Metenere, Pink City Expressway, West Haryana Highways Projects, Entertainment City, SEW LSY Highways and Simplex Infrastructures. NARCL has offered INR 2,331 crore for the loans totalling INR 17,139 crore.
