Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA), a collaborative philanthropy initiative supported by Singapore-based Temasek Trust, has announced funding for two India-based impact ventures Rocket Learning and She Leads Bharat .Founded in 2020 by Namya Mahajan, Utsav Kheria, Siddhant Sachdeva, and Vishal Rocket Learning focuses on early childhood education and community engagement across India. It partners with government systems and local anganwadis to deliver foundational learning modules to parents and caregivers via WhatsApp.She Leads Bharat is a digital-first model developed by Frontier Innovations, it connects rural women shopkeepers with the rural commerce platform Frontier Markets through an artificial intelligence-powered application named Meri Saheli. The alliance aims to foster solutions across three primary mandates: health, inclusive development, and climate.
