Policy Bazaar founders sell over 1% stake for Rs.920-Cr

Insurance marketplace Policy Bazaar’s parent PB Fintech's co-founders Yashish Dahiya and Alok Bansal have divested a little over 1% stake in the company for INR 920 crore through open market transactions.The shares were acquired by domestic mutual funds, insurance companies, and foreign investors, including Tata Mutual Fund and Goldman Sachs.
