Tata Capital raises $400-M via overseas bond issuance
Mumbai-based Tata Capital has raised USD 400 million through a 3.5-year senior unsecured Regulation S bond. The bond was priced at 107 basis points over the three-year US Treasury, with a fixed coupon of 5.332%. HSBC, MUFG, and Standard Chartered Bank acted as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners for the transaction.The firm is a non-banking financial company (NBFC) that provides financial services. The issuance was conducted under the company’s USD 2 Billion euro medium-term note programme.
