Tata Steel transfers stake in HSMS, TSAML to subsidiaries

Tata Steel has transferred its 26% stake in Himalaya Steel Mill Services Pvt Ltd (HSMS) to Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd (TSUISL), a wholly-owned subsidiary. It has also transferred its 100% stake held in Tata Steel Advanced Materials Ltd (TSAML) to another subsidiary company, Tata Steel Downstream Products Ltd (TSDPL).
