Valor Estate’s arm acquires 10.45% stake in dairy player Schreiber Dynamix through pledged shares

DB View Infracon Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Valor Estate Ltd (formerly D B Realty Ltd), has acquired a 10.45 % equity stake in Schreiber Dynamix Dairies Pvt Ltd. The acquisition of stake was made through the enforcement of security over pledged shares following a decree from the Mumbai High Court.The transaction resulted in the transfer of 1,42,36,822 equity shares to DB View. The shares are valued at INR 120.03 per share. No fresh monetary consideration was involved as the acquisition was part of a debt resolution process.Schreiber Dynamix, incorporated in 1992, specializes in milk and dairy product production, processing, and distribution.
