Veranda Learning raises Rs 300-Cr

Public listed EdTech company Veranda Learning Solutions Limited is to raise Rs 300 crore via a preferential issue. This raise includes an investment of Rs. 61.40 crores to be subscribed by the promoters in the form of convertible warrants.
