Vishal Sikka-promoted enterprise AI services co. Hang Ten Systems raises $53-M

Palo Alto, California (US)-based Hang Ten Systems , an enterprise AI services company founded by former Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka, has raised USD 53 million in a funding round led by Xora Innovation, a fund backed by Singapore’s Temasek. This transaction brings the company's total funding to USD 85 million. Existing investors Mayfield and Aramco Ventures participated in the round alongside individual investors, including Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan, Micron CEO Sanjay Mehrotra, and Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang, who has also joined the company’s board.Founded in May 2026, Hang Ten Systems builds AI software for large enterprises, focusing on software development and technology-intensive projects. The firm uses AI agents to automate various aspects of software workflows, such as development, migration, finance, and analytics.Since its launch, the company has signed multi-million-dollar contracts with global enterprises, including Saudi Aramco and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. The company plans to use the newly raised capital to expand its engineering and consulting teams, increase capacity for customer projects, and further develop its AI platform.
