Waycool Foods sacks 70: report

Chennai-based WayCool Foods has sacked about 70 employees over the last month. It is the agritech company’s second layoff exercise within a year. The laid off employees were from sales, research, marketing and tech.WayCool has received a total funding of about USD 300 million so far, with support from investors like Lightrock, Lightbox, Lightsmith, 57 Stars and FMO.
