‘myTVS’ parent TVS Automobile Solutions raises Rs.425-Cr from UAE’s CE-Invests

Chennai-headquartered TVS Automobile Solutions has raised INR 425 Cr in a Series D funding round led by CE-Invests, the investment arm of the UAE-based Crescent Enterprises.TVS Automobile Solutions operates the omnichannel automotive aftermarket service ‘myTVS’. The company offers an integrated automotive aftermarket platform that combines digital capabilities with a physical service network for vehicle service and maintenance solutions.The company plans to use the new funds to support its overseas expansion, with an initial focus on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets. The firm also intends to accelerate investments in artificial intelligence (AI) and technology to enhance platform scalability and support business growth. The firm achieved EBITDA breakeven in FY26.

Between Feb 2011 and Mar 2016, TVS Automobile Solutions had attracted about $ 40 M from Kitara Capital, Others.For FY25, TVS Automobile Solutions had reported about INR 1,010 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 229 Cr in Net Loss.
