Godrej Fund to sell 3 floors in Mumbai's BKC to Max Life Insurance for Rs.900-Cr

PE-RE investor Godrej Fund is to sell office space spread across 200,000 sq ft on three floors in commercial project Godrej BKC in Mumbai's Bandra-Kurla Complex to Max Life Insurance for around INR 900 crore. These three floors are currently leased to investment firms Investcorp and Carlyle Group as well as oil refining company Nayara Energy at an average lease rental of over INR 330 per sq ft.
